This was originally written by Mark Nuzzi of Soul Engines back around 2002. We recorded the basic tracks for this one and "Really Lasts" (released on It's Pronounced...) in the same session. Mark never finished the lyrics and it sat on the shelf for about 18 years. I put some words to Mark's scat singing and redid the guitars and vocals and voila, a finished song. It's one of my favorites of his and I played the rough mix in my car for years.
